圖像	Western blot analysis of lysates from HT-1080 cell line,human brain,human cerebellum tissue lysate(from left to right), using NCAM1 Antibody (C-term)(Cat. APR17823G). APR17823G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 20ug per lane. Flow cytometric analysis of SH-SY5Y cells using NCAM1 Antibody (C-term)(green, APR17823G) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). APR17823G was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor? 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
