圖像	Western blot analysis of SPAG9(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal SPAG9 (N-term) Antibody (Cat. APR16953G).293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the SPAG9 (N-term) gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with SPAG9 antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR16953G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
