總結(jié)	Nitric oxide (NO) is a potent mediator in biologicprocesses such as neurotransmission, inflammatory response, andvascular homeostasis. NOSTRIN binds the enzyme responsible for NOproduction, endothelial NO synthase (ENOS; MIM 163729), andtriggers the translocation of ENOS from the plasma membrane tovesicle-like subcellular structures, thereby attenuatingENOS-dependent NO production.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
