總結(jié)	Voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels represent the mostcomplex class of voltage-gated ion channels from both functionaland structural standpoints. Their diverse functions includeregulating neurotransmitter release, heart rate, insulin secretion,neuronal excitability, epithelial electrolyte transport, smoothmuscle contraction, and cell volume. This gene encodes a member ofthe potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily V. This member isidentified as a 'silent subunit', and it does not formhomomultimers, but forms heteromultimers with several othersubfamily members. Through obligatory heteromerization, it exerts afunction-altering effect on other potassium channel subunits. Thisprotein is strongly expressed in pancreas and has a weakerexpression in several other tissues.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
