May play a role in the proliferation and maintenance of stem cells in the central nervous system (By similarity).
總結(jié)	This gene encodes a protein containing two conservedtandem RNA recognition motifs. Similar proteins in other speciesfunction as RNA-binding proteins and play central roles inposttranscriptional gene regulation. Expression of this gene hasbeen correlated with the grade of the malignancy and proliferativeactivity in gliomas and melanomas. A pseudogene for this gene islocated on chromosome 11q13.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of lysate from SH?SY5Y cell line, using MSI1 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. AMM06492G). AMM06492G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane. MSI1 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM06492G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of MSI1 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. MSI1 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM06492G) flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
