功能	Endothelins are endothelium-derived vasoconstrictor peptides.
總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is proteolyticallyprocessed to release a secreted peptide termed endothelin 1. Thispeptide is a potent vasoconstrictor and is produced by vascularendothelial cells. Endothelin 1 also can affect the central nervoussystem. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms havebeen found for this gene.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of EDN1 Antibody (C-term)( APR07642G) with A549 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
