總結(jié)	OTC is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme. Missense, nonsense, and frameshift mutations in this enzyme lead to ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency, which causes hyperammonemia.

Predicted band size : 40 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. OTC Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR08891G) western blot analysis in SW620 cell line and mouse liver，rat liver lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the OTC antibody detected the OTC protein (arrow). Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatoarcinoma with OTC Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
