圖像	Western blot analysis of PHTNS Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM07168G) in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PHTNS (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. PHTNS Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM07168G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human spleen tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PHTNS Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. PHTNS Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM07168G) flow cytometric analysis of Ramos cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
