圖像	All lanes : Anti-SRP72 Antibody (Center) at 1:1000 dilution Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate Lane 2: K562 whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 75 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Flow cytometric analysis of hela cells using SRP72 Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human pancreas with SRP72 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
