圖像	Western blot analysis of MOBP Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM06418G) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). MOBP (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of MOBP Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM06418G) in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates (35ug/lane). MOBP (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain reacted with MOBP Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
