圖像	Western blot analysis of lysates from MCF-7,HepG2 cell line (from left to right),using Mnk1 Antibody (Ab-385)(B8376). B8376 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 35ug per lane. Western blot analysis of extracts from, K562 cells (Lane 1) and Jurket cells (Lane 2), using Mnk1 (Ab-385) Antibody. The lane on the left is treated with systhesized peptide.
