總結(jié)	PRDX6 is a member of thethiol-specific antioxidant protein family. This protein is abifunctional enzyme with two distinct active sites. It is involvedin redox regulation of the cell; it can reduce H(2)O(2) and shortchain organic, fatty acid, and phospholipid hydroperoxides. It mayplay a role in the regulation of phospholipid turnover as well asin protection against oxidative injury.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

AMR09505G) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
