總結(jié)	PRDX6is a member of the thiol-specific antioxidant protein family. This protein is a bifunctional enzyme with two distinct active sites. It is involved in redox regulation of the cell; it can reduce H(2)O(2) and short chain organic, fatty acid, and phospholipid hydroperoxides. It may play a role in the regulation of phospholipid turnover as well as in protection against oxidative injury.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of PRDX6 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMR09524G) in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PRDX6 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of PRDX6 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal PRDX6 Antibody (C-term) (RB20894). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the PRDX6 gene (Lane 2) . Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PRDX6 Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
