功能	Inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form.
總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the RGS(regulator of G protein signaling) family. Members of the RGSfamily act as GTPase-activating proteins on the alpha subunits ofheterotrimeric, signal-transducing G proteins. This proteininhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of Gprotein alpha subunits, thereby driving them into their inactiveGDP-bound form. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and twotranscript variants encoding distinct isoforms have beenidentified.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
