Western blot analysis of SYP (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal SYP Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR13650G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the SYP gene. SYP Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR13650G) western blot analysis in mouse brain,cerebellum tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the SYP antibody detected the SYP protein (arrow).
