功能	After binding acetylcholine, the AChR responds by an extensive change in conformation that affects all subunits and leads to opening of an ion-conducting channel across the plasma membrane.
總結(jié)	The acetylcholine receptor of muscle has 5 subunits of 4different types: 2 alpha and 1 each of beta, gamma and deltasubunits. After acetylcholine binding, the receptor undergoes anextensive conformation change that affects all subunits and leadsto opening of an ion-conducting channel across the plasma membrane.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
