總結(jié)	This gene is a member of the K-Cl cotransporter (KCC)family. K-Cl cotransporters are integral membrane proteins thatlower intracellular chloride concentrations below theelectrochemical equilibrium potential. The proteins encoded by thisgene are activated by cell swelling induced by hypotonicconditions. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms. Mutations in this gene areassociated with agenesis of the corpus callosum with peripheralneuropathy.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
