功能	Inhibits the activity of interleukin-1 by binding to receptor IL1R1 and preventing its association with the coreceptor IL1RAP for signaling. Has no interleukin-1 like activity. Binds functional interleukin-1 receptor IL1R1 with greater affinity than decoy receptor IL1R2; however, the physiological relevance of the latter association is unsure.
總結(jié)	The protein is a member of the interleukin 1 cytokine family. This protein inhibits the activities of interleukin 1, alpha (IL1A) and interleukin 1, beta (IL1B), and modulates a variety of interleukin 1 related immune and inflammatory responses. A polymorphism of its gene is reported to be associated with increased risk of osteoporotic fractures and gastric cancer.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Predicted band size : 20 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. IL1RN Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR05755G) western blot analysis in 293,Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the IL1RN antibody detected the IL1RN protein (arrow). IL1RN Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR05755G) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
