總結(jié)	CDC37 is a cell division cycle control protein of Sacchromyces cerevisiae. This protein is a molecular chaperone with specific function in cell signal transduction. It has been shown to form complex with Hsp90 and a variety of protein kinases including CDK4, CDK6, SRC, RAF-1, MOK, as well as eIF2 alpha kinases. It is thought to play a critical role in directing Hsp90 to its target kinases.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 44 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of CDC37 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR06133G) in MCF-7, A2058 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CDC37 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. CDC37 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR06133G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded skin followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the CDC37 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
