總結(jié)	TRIM69 is a member of the RING-B-box-coiled-coil (RBCC) family with an N-terminal RING finger motif, a PRY domain and a C-terminal SPRY domain. The mouse ortholog of TRIM69 is specifically expressed in germ cells at the round spermatid stages during spermatogenesis and, when overexpressed, induces apoptosis.

圖像	Anti-TRIM69 Antibody (Center H215) at 1:1000 dilution + PC-3 whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 57 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of anti-TRIM69 Antibody (Center H215) (RB13950) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). TRIM69(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
