總結(jié)	Sclerostin is a secreted glycoprotein with a C-terminalcysteine knot-like (CTCK) domain and sequence similarity to the DAN(differential screening-selected gene aberrative in neuroblastoma)family of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) antagonists.Loss-of-function mutations in this gene are associated with anautosomal-recessive disorder, sclerosteosis, which causesprogressive bone overgrowth. A deletion downstream of this gene,which causes reduced sclerostin expression, is associated with amilder form of the disorder called van Buchem disease. [provided byRefSeq].
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Predicted band size : 24 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. SOST Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR04210G) western blot analysis in mouse liver tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the SOST antibody detected the SOST protein (arrow).
