總結(jié)	CD9 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It can modulate cell adhesion and migration and also trigger platelet activation and aggregation. In addition, the protein appears to promote muscle cell fusion and support myotube maintenance.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of CD9 Antibody (N-term) (Cat.APR04022G) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CD9 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of CD9(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal CD9 Antibody (N-term) (Cat.APR04022G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the CD9 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies). Flow cytometric analysis of jurkat cells using CD9 Antibody (N-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
