功能	Ubiquitin-protein ligase that probably functions as an E3 ligase in conjunction with specific E1 and E2 ligases. May also function as an E4 ligase mediating the assembly of polyubiquitin chains on substrates ubiquitinated by another E3 ubiquitin ligase. Mediates 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination of substrates.
總結(jié)	The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is animportant cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-livedproteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least threeclasses of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, or E1s,ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, or E2s, and ubiquitin-proteinligases, or E3s. This gene encodes an additional conjugationfactor, E4, which is involved in multiubiquitin chain assembly.

APR03994G) western blot analysis in ZR-75-1 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the UBE4A antibody detected the UBE4A protein (arrow). UBE4A Antibody (Center) (APR03994G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human liver tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of UBE4A Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
