總結(jié)	TCF21 encodes a transcription factor of the basichelix-loop-helix family. The TCF21 product is mesoderm specific,and expressed in embryonic epicardium, mesenchyme-derived tissuesof lung, gut, gonad, and both mesenchymal and glomerular epithelialcells in the kidney. Two transcript variants encoding the sameprotein have been found for this gene.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela cell line mouse spleen tissue lysate(from left to right), using TCF21 Antibody (C-term)(APR03582G). APR03582G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane. TCF21 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03582G) western blot analysis in 293 cell line and human placenta tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the TCF21 antibody detected the TCF21 protein (arrow). TCF21 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR03582G) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
