功能	Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for RAB35. Promotes the exchange of GDP to GTP, converting inactive GDP-bound RAB35 into its active GTP-bound form. May play a role in clathrin- mediated endocytosis.
總結(jié)	Clathrin (see MIM 118955)-mediated endocytosis is a majormechanism for internalization of proteins and lipids. Members ofthe connecdenn family, such as DENND1B, function as guaninenucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for the early endosomal smallGTPase RAB35 (MIM 604199) and bind to clathrin and clathrin adaptorprotein-2 (AP2; see MIM 601024). Thus, connecdenns link RAB35activation with the clathrin machinery (Marat and McPherson, 2010[PubMed 20154091]).
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Predicted band size : 48 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. DENND1B Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR03439G) western blot analysis in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the DENND1B antibody detected the DENND1B protein (arrow). DENND1B antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR03439G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lymph tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the DENND1B antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
