功能	Acts as all-trans-retinaldehyde reductase. Can efficiently reduce aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes, and is less active on hexoses (in vitro). May be responsible for detoxification of reactive aldehydes in the digested food before the nutrients are passed on to other organs.
總結(jié)	AKR1B10 is a monomeric protein that efficiently catalyzes the reduction of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes and ketones. AKR1B10 is ubiquitously expressed in many human tissues but is highly expressed in small intestine, colon and adrenal gland. This protein is pathogenically involved in diabetic complications. It has been reported that AKR1B10 is overexpressed in human tumors, such as liver, breast, and lung cancer, and may play a critical role in the development and progression of cancer.
形式	100 μg (0.5 mg/ml) of antibody in PBS pH 7.2, 0.01 % BSA, 0.03 % ProClin?, and 50 % glycerol.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
