總結(jié)	AKR1B1 is a member of the aldo/keto reductase superfamily, which consists of more than 40 known enzymes and proteins. This protein catalyzes the reduction of a number of aldehydes, including the aldehyde form of glucose, and is thereby implicated in the development of diabetic complications by catalyzing the reduction of glucose to sorbitol.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 36 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of anti-AKR1B1 Pab (Cat. APG01653G) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane).AKR1B1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of AKR1B1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal AKR1B1 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APG01653G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the AKR1B1 gene.
