功能	Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein- effector interaction.
總結(jié)	Heterotrimeric guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (Gproteins), which integrate signals between receptors and effectorproteins, are composed of an alpha, a beta, and a gamma subunit.These subunits are encoded by families of related genes. This geneencodes a beta subunit. Beta subunits are important regulators ofalpha subunits, as well as of certain signal transduction receptorsand effectors.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
