功能	RNA-binding protein involved in deadenylation-dependent decapping of mRNAs, leading to the degradation of mRNAs. Acts as a scaffold protein that connects deadenylation and decapping machinery. Required for cytoplasmic mRNA processing body (P-body) assembly. In case of infection, required for translation and replication of hepatitis C virus (HCV).

圖像	Western blot analysis of PATL1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APG02948G) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PATL1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. PATL1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APG02948G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PATL1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. PATL1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APG02948G) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
