總結(jié)	QDPR is the enzyme dihydropteridine reductase, which catalyzes the NADH-mediated reduction of quinonoid dihydrobiopterin. This enzyme is an essential component of the pterin-dependent aromatic amino acid hydroxylating systems.

圖像	Anti-QDPR Antibody (C-term) at 1:1000 dilution + human liver lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 26 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of QDPR Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMR09683G) in mouse liver tissue lysates (35ug/lane). QDPR (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with QDPR Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
