Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner.
總結(jié)	14-3-3 protein zeta/delta belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This protein interacts with IRS1 protein, suggesting a role in regulating insulin sensitivity. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals, and this protein is 99% identical to the mouse, rat and sheep orthologs.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of anti-14-3-3 protein zeta/delta Anbtibody (T232)(Cat. APR14007G) in A375 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). 14-3-3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with YWHAZ Antibody (Cat. APR14007G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
