總結(jié)	KRT9 is the type I keratin 9, an intermediate filament chain expressed only in the terminally differentiated epidermis of palms and soles. Mutations in this protein cause epidermolytic palmoplantar keratoderma.

圖像	Western blot analysis of KRT9 Antibody (Center K317) (Cat. APR17131G) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). KRT9 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. KRT9 Antibody (Center K317) (Cat. APR17131G) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded skin tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the KRT9 Antibody (Center K317) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. KRT9 Antibody (Center K317) (Cat. APR17131G) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
