Competes with NCOA1 for modulation of ER transcriptional activity. Probably involved in regulating mitochondrial respiration activity and in aging.

圖像	All lanes : Anti-PHB2 (Human C-term) at 1:1000 dilution Lane 1: 293 whole cell lysate Lane 2: Hela whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 33 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of anti-PHB2 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMM07563G) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PHB2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue reacted with PHB2 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. AMM07563G), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
