功能	Functions as a general transcription factor playing a role in the process of transcriptional elongation. May mediate the reciprocal stimulatory effect of splicing on transcriptional elongation. In case of infection by HIV-1, it is up-regulated by the HIV-1 proteins NEF and gp120, acts as a cofactor required for the Tat-enhanced transcription of the virus.
總結(jié)	HTATSF1 functions as a cofactor for the stimulation of transcriptional elongation by HIV-1 Tat, which binds to the HIV-1 promoter through Tat-TAR interaction. This protein may also serve as a dual-function factor to couple transcription and splicing and to facilitate their reciprocal activation.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of HTATSF1 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMM05389G) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). HTATSF1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue with HTATSF1 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
