功能	Catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of 6- phosphogluconate to ribulose 5-phosphate and CO(2), with concomitant reduction of NADP to NADPH.
總結(jié)	6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase is the seconddehydrogenase in the pentose phosphate shunt. Deficiency of thisenzyme is generally asymptomatic, and the inheritance of thisdisorder is autosomal dominant. Hemolysis results from combineddeficiency of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase and6-phosphogluconolactonase suggesting a synergism of the twoenzymopathies.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
