圖像	All lanes : Anti-PUR4 Antibody (N-term) at 1:1000 dilution Lane 1: 293T/17 whole cell lysate Lane 2: Jurkat whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 145 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of PUR4 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMR09663G) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PUR4 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. PUR4 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. AMR09663G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PUR4 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
