功能	Ubiquitin-like modifier involved in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles (autophagosomes). Whereas LC3s are involved in elongation of the phagophore membrane, the GABARAP/GATE-16 subfamily is essential for a later stage in autophagosome maturation.
總結(jié)	MAP1A and MAP1B are microtubule-associated proteins whichmediate the physical interactions between microtubules andcomponents of the cytoskeleton. MAP1A and MAP1B each consist of aheavy chain subunit and multiple light chain subunits. The proteinencoded by this gene is one of the light chain subunits and canassociate with either MAP1A or MAP1B. Two transcript variantsencoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
