功能	Does not seem to be a disulfide isomerase. Plays an important role in the processing of secretory proteins within the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), possibly by participating in the folding of proteins in the ER.
總結(jié)	ERP29 shows sequence similarity to the protein disulfide isomerase family. However, it lacks the thioredoxin motif characteristic of this family, suggesting that this protein does not function as a disulfide isomerase. The protein dimerizes and is thought to play a role in the processing of secretory proteins within the ER.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

圖像	Western blot analysis of ERP29 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR14333G) in A2058,A375,MCF7,NCI-H460,Y79 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ERP29 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Western blot analysis of ERP29 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal ERP29 Antibody (Center) (Cat. APR14333G). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the ERP29 gene (Lane 2) . Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with ERP29 Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
