功能	Low affinity receptor for granulocyte-macrophage colony- stimulating factor. Transduces a signal that results in the proliferation, differentiation, and functional activation of hematopoietic cells.
總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha subunit ofthe heterodimeric receptor for colony stimulating factor 2, acytokine which controls the production, differentiation, andfunction of granulocytes and macrophages. The encoded protein is amember of the cytokine family of receptors. This gene is found inthe pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes.Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have beenfound for this gene, with some of the isoforms being membrane-boundand others being soluble.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
