功能	Receptor for cholecystokinin. Mediates pancreatic growth and enzyme secretion, smooth muscle contraction of the gall bladder and stomach. Has a 1000-fold higher affinity for CCK rather than for gastrin. It modulates feeding and dopamine-induced behavior in the central and peripheral nervous system. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
總結(jié)	This gene encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that bindsnon-sulfated members of the cholecystokinin (CCK) family of peptidehormones. This receptor is a major physiologic mediator ofpancreatic enzyme secretion and smooth muscle contraction of thegallbladder and stomach. In the central and peripheral nervoussystem this receptor regulates satiety and the release ofbeta-endorphin and dopamine.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
