功能	Component of the FTS/Hook/FHIP complex (FHF complex). The FHF complex may function to promote vesicle trafficking and/or fusion via the homotypic vesicular protein sorting complex (the HOPS complex). Regulates apoptosis by enhancing phosphorylation and activation of AKT1. Increases release of TNFSF6 via the AKT1/GSK3B/NFATC1 signaling cascade.
總結(jié)	The mouse homolog of this gene produces fused toes andthymic hyperplasia in heterozygous mutant animals while homozygousmutants die in early development. This gene may play a role inapoptosis as these morphological abnormalities are caused byaltered patterns of programmed cell death. The protein encoded bythis gene is similar to the ubiquitin ligase domain of otherubiquitin-conjugating enzymes but lacks the conserved cysteineresidue that enables those enzymes to conjugate ubiquitin to thetarget protein. This protein interacts directly withserine/threonine kinase protein kinase B (PKB)/Akt and modulatesPKB activity by enhancing the phosphorylation of PKB's regulatorysites. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variantsencoding the same protein.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

APR14909G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
