功能	Plays a role in endocytosis and intracellular protein transport. Mediates trafficking of TF from early endosomes to recycling endosomes. Required for NGF-mediated endocytosis of NTRK1, and subsequent neurite outgrowth. Binds GTP and GDP and has low GTPase activity. Alternates between a GTP-bound active form and a GDP-bound inactive form.
總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the RABfamily of small GTPases. The GTP-bound form of the encoded proteinhas been shown to interact with early-endosomal antigen 1, and maybe involved in the trafficking of and interaction between endosomalcompartments.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
