總結(jié)	GPT (MIM 138200) and GPT2 (EC 2.6.1.2), also known asalanine transaminases, are pyridoxal enzymes that catalyze thereversible transamination between alanine and 2-oxoglutarate toform pyruvate and glutamate. By mediating the conversion of these 4major intermediate metabolites, these transaminases have roles ingluconeogenesis and in amino acid metabolism.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
