總結(jié)	Voltage-gated potassium channels form the largest and mostdiversified class of ion channels and are present in both excitableand nonexcitable cells. Their main functions are associated withthe regulation of the resting membrane potential and the control ofthe shape and frequency of action potentials. The alpha subunitsare of 2 types: those that are functional by themselves and thosethat are electrically silent but capable of modulating the activityof specific functional alpha subunits. The protein encoded by thisgene is not functional by itself but can form heteromultimers withmember 1 and with member 2 (and possibly other members) of theShab-related subfamily of potassium voltage-gated channel proteins.This gene belongs to the S subfamily of the potassium channelfamily.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲(chǔ)存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
