總結(jié)	This locus encodes both the light and heavy subunits ofacyloxyacyl hydrolase. The encoded enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysisof acyloxylacyl-linked fatty acyl chains from bacteriallipopolysaccharides, effectively detoxifying these molecules. Theencoded protein may play a role in modulating host inflammatoryresponse to gram-negative bacteria. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants have been described.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
