總結(jié)	This gene encodes a key enzyme in catabolism ofquinolinate, an intermediate in the tryptophan-nicotinamide adeninedinucleotide pathway. Quinolinate acts as a most potent endogenousexitotoxin to neurons. Elevation of quinolinate levels in the brainhas been linked to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disorderssuch as epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, and Huntington's disease.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
