總結(jié)	This gene encodes a member of the CATERPILLER family ofcytoplasmic proteins. The encoded protein, which contains anN-terminal pyrin domain, a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain,and a C-terminus leucine-rich repeat region, functions as anattenuating factor of inflammation by suppressing inflammatoryresponses in activated monocytes. Alternatively spliced transcriptvariants encoding distinct isoforms have been described but thefull-length nature of some of these has not been determined.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
