功能	Regulates the GDP/GTP exchange reaction of most Rab proteins by inhibiting the dissociation of GDP from them, and the subsequent binding of GTP to them.
總結(jié)	GDP dissociation inhibitors are proteins that regulate theGDP-GTP exchange reaction of members of the rab family, smallGTP-binding proteins of the ras superfamily, that are involved invesicular trafficking of molecules between cellular organelles.GDIs slow the rate of dissociation of GDP from rab proteins andrelease GDP from membrane-bound rabs. GDI2 is ubiquitouslyexpressed. The GDI2 gene contains many repetitive elementsindicating that it may be prone to inversion/deletionrearrangements. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding distinct isoforms.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
