總結(jié)	The protein encoded by this gene contains a characteristiccatalytic motif of the protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) family.The PTP motif of this protein has the highly conserved arginineresidue replaced by a proline residue; thus it may represent adistinct class of PTPs. Members of the PTP family are known to besignaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes.This gene was preferentially expressed in both adult and fetalheart. A much lower expression level was detected in skeletal andsmooth muscle tissues, and no expression was observed in othertissues. The tissue specific expression in the developing and adultheart suggests a role in regulating cardiac development anddifferentiation.
形式	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
