The function of this gene has not yet been determined.The expression pattern of the mouse homolog implies a role innervous system development.

APR11925G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of FGF11 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated. FGF11 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. APR11925G) flow cytometric analysis of A2058 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
